Ngwazi Charles Kachingwe’s vision for Heroes Home Care & Staffing Agency is built on the belief that quality care starts with genuine human connection. Having witnessed the challenges both caregivers and Adult Family Homes face in finding the right fit, he set out to create a platform that makes those connections easier, faster, and more meaningful. His mission is to ensure that caregivers are valued for their dedication and skill — and that every home, hospital, and care facility has access to compassionate, dependable professionals.
